Shipping + Returns
Most orders will ship within 1-4 business days unless otherwise noted. Our customers are our number one priority and we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that processing time during the holidays may be longer as we are processing more orders during this time. Once your package has left our headquarters, we are unable to control how it is handled by your mail carrier therefore if your package comes damaged, please email us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Please note we are not responsible for missing packages once the tracking has stated it was delivered and no refund will be issued.
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless it is a holiday then we will ship the next business day.
All sales are final due to hygienic reasons. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your package arrives damaged, please email email@example.com as soon as possible so we can take care of the issue.
We stand 100% behind our scrunchies and hair clips and only use the highest quality possible. In the event your scrunchie or hair clip breaks within 30 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help resolve your issues. All shipping cost on exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not issue refunds and we reserve the right to refused to replace a product if the product was damaged by the customer.
International orders can take as long as 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your shipping address. Please note that duty fees and taxes are not included in our item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
